What sizes do you offer?

All NE LONDON sets come in sizes S to 5XL (UK 8 to 22).

How do I find my size?

Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size guide.

I am between two sizes. Which should I choose?

Our pieces have a relaxed, modest fit. For a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Can I try the pieces before buying?

Yes. Visit us at Harrods, 87–135 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7XL, to see and try the collection in person.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide from London. Options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK Standard: 3–5 working days. UK Express: 1–2 working days. International: 5–10 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Will I pay customs fees?

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country, payable on delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as major debit and credit cards and secure online wallets.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by secure payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

When will I be charged?

Full payment is taken when you place your order.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter it at checkout. Current offers, like 50% off complete sets, are applied while they are shown on the website.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, with all tags attached and in their original condition.

How do I make a return?

Email nelondon@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Tell us the size you want and we will send it as soon as your return arrives, subject to availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 3–10 working days to show it.

What if my item is faulty?
